Waiver
Only responsible party for any minors is required to submit a waiver which acts as a boat lease agreement and a release of liability. Once you book your reservation, a digital waiver will be emailed to you. We hold this digital waiver on file.
Cancellation Policy
Once you book your tour date, you can cancel and get a full refund or request an alternate date anytime prior to 7 days before the tour date. Anytime within 6-2 days prior to your reservation we will refund you 75% of your booking fee. You can not cancel or reschedule within 2 days of the reservation date. No-shows or canceling the day of will be charged the full rate. For our bad weather policy, please see our FAQs.
